The automotive industry has reached a high level of expertise thanks to structural solidity and the presence of some 50 companies.

The network  Automotive Umbria – Automotive Mechanics and Technology is promoted by Confindustria Umbria with the aim to increase foreign market penetration for the companies involved.

In Umbria, agriculture has always been an important economical sector. Agriculture machinery is therefore highly developed. The companies in this sector are all highly qualified and specialized. Agrimech – Agricultural Machinery and Technology Network of Umbria was founded in 2012 and is composed by 8 companies.

Umbrian biomedical companies work in a very dynamic business environment and have attained a high level of excellence. The Biomedical Science and Technology Cluster of Umbria was therefore created in order to integrate technology, skills and know-how of Umbrian companies in the biomedical sector.

Umbria Aerospace Companies was founded in 2008 and is composed by 30 internationally competitive companies in the high-tech supply chain of aerospace and aviation industries.
